Magna-Hoop PRO Hoop System for Brother/Babylock Embroidery Machine

I have a 6″x13 1/2″ embroidery hoop for my machine, but the machine will only recognize anything larger than a 5″x7″ hoop. So when I try to make things bigger than that, it won’t let me. Any ideas on how to make it recognize a larger hoop?
